OP-0510 DC Control Unit is a controller developed for DC charging piles, operating at DC 12V. It adopts the RT-Thread embedded operating system and integrates large-capacity FLASH & RAM. The main control board includes: 20 digital inputs,16 digital outputs, 9 analog channels, 6 communication interfaces, 2 insulation detection circuits, 2 control pilot circuits, 1 power supply input.
Main Control Features:
1.Supports 12/24V onboard switching without external intermediate relays.
2.Supports onboard insulation detection and onboard high-voltage sampling, eliminating the need for external insulation testers or sampling modules.
3.Supports onboard energy metering—if no external meter is required, this feature can be used directly without connecting an additional meter.
4.This main control unit reduces energy consumption to below 3%.
5.Symmetrical layout design for easy wiring.
6.The screen and card reader signal lines use RJ45 (Ethernet) connectors for plug-and-play operation, preventing wiring errors.
